Neons CAN be quick for NAs...mine is a '00 SOHC though..its peppy...but NOT fast by any means...

Thats interesting that a neon can run a 14 flat and that someone will put that much effort into the car. You know its kind of scarey to know that all these little riceboy cars are getting forced induction from the factory. I'm just glad that I know I can still kick their buts when I want to!!! lol
