Ok tonight we went over to my g/f's cousins house. Well her cousins b/f and his brother were there. With his Bro's 99 C5 auto Vette. I am not a match for it in current shape. But then this idiot proceeded to tell me that he ran a 13.0 flat and broke 12.9's. I am not seeing this happen. As every vette I have seen like his run has only managed a best of 13.6...



He then proceeded to tell me that the only way my stang could beat him was with a 100hp shot of NOS. The funny thing about it is it was her cousins b/f challenging me to a Race with his bro's C5... I was more interested in racing his Firebird. Though he did not seem so intereted in that race. I guess a 91 Firebird Vs an 89 Mustang is too much of a fair race. Well ok so I would of killed the firebird. Even with my huge exhaust leak.... But the vette is another story. Even with that Idiot driving it he would most likely win. Vette's drive themselves... I know I have driven a few of them.



So here is the deal... the GT may be kept longer just to beat this idiot. That and I am having a hard time selling it. So the possibility of a 66-70 Stang swap or a swap into an 87-93 Coupe is very possible. Now just dropping this motor alone into an 87-93 coupe and keeping the weight down would gurantee that I would run beside him. But I want to do more than that! I want to make his jaw drop! His ***** shrink his ego disappear his cockiness get eaten away faster than bigtime can toss a salad!

1.7 Roller Rockers (crane)

Twisted Wedge Street heat intake manifold

70mm BBK throttle body

Full length 1 5/8 headers

Shorty H pipe

dynomax Ultra Flo mufflers

3.73 gearing

Nitrous Express n20 EFI kit

Lets see what his Vette can do with a mustang with those mods weighing in at only 3000lbs! HIS *** IS MINE!! Too much trash talking!





lol sorry still want a rotary but how can I not challeng this challenge and make one of the cockiest persons I know look dumb as hell!!

Mind you this whole side of her family and basically all their friends are chevy fans. So there is a certian amount of fun in this! As my family is all Ford and the other part of her family is Ford also. Oh they hate imports by the way.... he trash talked the RX7's also... saying how he has beat so many 80's models. I did step in and say that he should challenge a 93 and up and see how well he does!

i've driven a couple of those auto vettes, actually just 10mins ago. They are not that fast, my buddies modded TII, feels faster and i think is. So with that setup ur talking about im sure u'll win.

perfect. mod your stang and beat the crap out of him. sell the stang get an rx7, and when asked just say that the stang didnt feel as fast.

also, for the hell of it, tell him that there is a difference between an 1/8 and a 1/4 of a mile.
