I was on my way when this guy when I pass this guy in a riced out Civic coupe, I'd say about a '98 or so, might have been an SI, it was that color red, but didnt have any badges. Anyway he had a muffler and colored lenses and white wheels and some graphics on, so when I pass him I make sure to give it a little more gas so he hears me. At the stoplight we weren't lined up right so nothing happened, but he followed me real close onto another road. Then he drops back really far so I figured everythings over, then all a sudden, he plays catch up and passes me (by this time i was stuck behing slower traffic so i didnt want to pull out in front of him and get hit). so i follow him back on another road and i figured that he was wanted to race, but hes going into a neighborhood that im not familiar with so i called it quits and turned around and get back on the main road. so im stopped at another light and i see him go past in another lane that goes up onto the interstate. i had the space to make the turn and followed him, he had the jump and was already moving when i decided to go after him. so when i catch up to him at about 65mph, i get up beside him look over and its on! i was still in 3rd gear and had plenty of power and shifted to 4th at about 85mph. after that i dont know how fast i was going cause my speedometer only goes to 85(my cars an 80). Last time i remember looking at the tach though was when i shifted to 5th and it was at 7k in 4th. does anyone know about how fast that might have been? anyway the guy in the civic was really racing, i heard his exhuast get all loud and high pitched. i had over 5 car lengths on him and was still pulling away when he got off the interstate. is this a kill or just a stupid ricer boy that didnt know what he was doing? even if it wasnt a kill, it was still great fun. the look on the guys face when i started pulling away was priceless! a car thats 23 years old and bone stock except for my "cold air intake" beat his riced out civic!
