Audi Tt.....
#12
i have a 2002 A4 1.8t for my daily driver. I've also driven a TT and i can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing automotive experiences of my life. It has the exact feel of my A4 only smaller. Its not fast, at all, and did i mention that its not fast....at all. They should start putting the 2.7t in these things or not bother to make them. With 300+hp it would be a blast to drive and i wonldn't think of it as a chic car. I'd rather drive a 7 (any 7) over a TT and this is coming from someone who is supposed to like audis. But i guess thats why i'm here and not on audiworld forums talking about what size starbucks cup will or won't fit in the center arm rest cup holder.

When I bought my first Rx-7 I had to choose between that or an Audi TT. I chose the 7 only for the speed. However I can't say the Audi did not have a bad drive. It had a very solid and quiet drive. It also had enough power to take traffic if you needed to. PLus it got better gas mileage. So if I had to choose a car to take a trip in...It would be the Audi.

the s4 is a nice looking car though, esp in that audi blue. My sister almost bought a a4 in that bule but got a older one in white to save some $$.
that audi is slooow (1.8t) but it does have a comfortable ride.

The only Audi I think is worth buying would be the S4...the local dealer here had a factory modified 305HP version for sale w/ warranty for $44K...I test drove it while our 1999 A6 Quattro(for sale now) was in the shop for maintenance...it was a FAAAST car, BUT, it didn't pull like a boosted seven...it was that Audi Negaro Blue Pearl that you all admire so much...that's what color I'm getting my FC painted when it's all said and done..Audi's are nice, but sevens are better.

Yep I do. 2002 type RBS only got 7000km on the clock. Have only had it for about a month. I love living in NZ, cheap imports.
