Ill try, I also have a wedding to plan and pay for
not too mention some really big things I dont want to get too much into, but it looks like I will own my own shop very soon, im working on the real estate deal as we speak, very stressing to say the least, testing the dirt for contamination, lawyers, bankers, blah blah, hope it works out
Congrats on the wedding!
A new business venture always seems to be a pain in the *** at first, i'm sure you are no rookie to that though, good luck!

car wont be ready for rotorfest, i might be there but i doubt even that. I mean maybe rob will have the paint done but in all honesty ive been slacking lately, i used to buy parts as soon as i got money, now im letting it accumulate... still gotta add about a grand to the rx7's bank account befor ei can afford all the parts, then save another $500 for a tranny rebuild, plus some money for any random things that occur.
the motor might have been together if not for all my plates being ****.
To get the motor going basically i only have the motor left to focus on, gotta have it ported, ceramic coated internally, and then reassembled and then run the fuel lines. i have everything else i need but ceramic coating and porting is expensive, plus like i said all the other little things, most large purchases are out of the way already, thank god, im tired of staring at this stupid t78 in my room.
hey, BTW rob if youre opening a car business im down to work there ive got 3 ase certifications, woop woop ...well other then the like 1.5 hour commute itd be good.
btw, ill say it again, robs the man, hes being very detailed with the job so thats why ya dont see me rushing him..plus im lazy so me not having the car gives me ane xcuse to be lazy haha. but honestly rob has all the time in the world to do what he is doing to the car because i know once it comes out ill be awestruck by the sight of it for years upon years.

the business is boats, cars will be added right away though to fuel my passion, faster turnaround will be the positive of having my own place to provide quality work to discriminating people.
me and kevin are in the same boat. both lazy.
oh, and your car would not be ready for rotorfest. you would have to bust some SERIOUS *** for that.
id also have to run without fuel lines, which would be miraculous .
I'm lazy, but only sort of, I dont like working for just an hour or whatever, when i wanna work i want like 6 solid usable hours, 4 will do, but the more the better. In my current situation tho more then 3 hours of solid working free time is hard to scrape up tho. Nevermind the fact that its going to take about 4 weeks to send my housings out after theyre ported and have them ceramic coated, so that cancels out rotorfest, and most of july.
Rob: Just thought about this today, sorta slipped my mind, you still have my strutbars? Im not sure if we should do them in yellow or that glossy black, not sure if a giant yellow bar would look good in that engine bay.

I would say to do them according to how your painting and dressing the engine compartment

i was thinking of painting the motor black and silver, ic pipes and UIM either black or like a gunmetal. the t78 is polished tho.
all in all i dunno what to do with the motor color scheme. Sometimes i pictue the bar being yellow and looking good, other times i think black would look nice and would still stand out because the motor would be right under it.
the rear bar im thinking should be glossy black since the entire interior is black.

there is enough time for the bars, the inside bar should be black, you can always change it later, easy to unbolt it and make it whatever you want down the road.
I would think about the front bar silver, or yellow, or blue, or black, lol
