Hey FikseRxseven, Well the lexan and the acrylic comes with covers but they some how endup getting small scartch's on them, Anyway I made the lexan cover but for some strange reason it does not sit flush on the light housing. I have to press it in the back for it to be level which will cause a problem later to break with vibration. Anyway I notice on your headlight kit the rear of the cover have a wide area of double masking tape. Does your light housing have a wide portion on it? Mine is about onlu 2 inch wide? Is there anyway u can take pictures of it or we meet up somewhere and I can see the your light kit more? Khris

its a bad idea to get the regular housings and convert them to hid. hella makes purpose made hid housings in the exact same size. they cost a bit more though. i recommend getting them from www.rallylights.com, great people over there.
The Hella 90mm low beam can be use with both the H9 bulb and D2S bulb. There is even stamp on it. Buy one Hella halogen low beam and one HID one. Open them up and you will see the reflector and the lens is the same. I have converted 20+ pairs and never had any problems.
