well.. I got some new gear in my vert now.. I had a Sony MP3 player but I didnt like it so I returned it.. put back the stock head unit and spliced some RCA jacks into the low output wires.. those now hook up to an Audiocontrol 4XS crossover which splits the front/rear/bass and gives me a six channel output from the stereo.. for the front I had a Hifonics Zues 440 4 channel.. only runnin two channels.. one to each door speaker.. Two way kenwoods for now.. for the Bass.. I have a Zapco Z600 c2 runnin a 600 watt MA audio Sub in a modified MDF/Fiberglass box..

Sounds much better now that I put the crossover in.. Maybe after I get the Repu going and decide if I will keep the Vert.. I might go ***** out and redo the whole setup.. since it has just been thrown together in a very ghetto way,.

Oh by the way.. the Hifonics Amp will soon be replaced with a Zapco Z100 for the fronts..

Total Cost.. less than a $100.. total value.. over $1000.. haha.. and that without even having a head unit.. the barder system works for me..

There is this thing called work..

hahah.. a friend of mine has a S10 on Bags.. I recommended he get a Zapco.. now he bought new subs and could not locate another two Z600's so he bought 3 other amps for his subs.. Since I built him a new box specifically designed for his 3 subs.. Dynamatted his truck and rewired the system.. He gave me the Z600 in exchange for it.. That amp retalied at about $1500.. The sub.. I got from one of my brothers.. and the crossover too.. the other lil stuff I had stockpiled..
