I thought about the 8.8, have to weigh it and see if its a tank or not. The difficulty as you know with the FC is the pinion nose length, which limits gear sets. Originally I was going to do this to my FD, but I have this perfect clean rolling FC chassis that is already gutted from an aborted s5 interior swap(previous owner). And the FC is my favourite, and most people only see built to the nines FD's so I figured a built to the nines FC would be more original.

We have discussed the insanity of large dollar old car builds in other threads.. It took alot to not just stroll down to the local Nissan dealer and get a GTR for the same kinda coin. Youtube 787b videos kept me on track.
