any good shop will pop out the glass and remove any seals and such. many paint companies wont warranty against peeling or other irregularitys unless the paint goes to the edge of the metal.

Or you could just leave it the original color and not worry about it.

where in the world did you hear that from???

Most shops cant be bothered with a full paint job, let alone a color

change. Too much time involved.
