The last survey was a couple years ago when it was out of the water, it got super high marks for quality. I checked out the report, Ill post it up in a few.

The boat has a zinc monitoring system on board which is awesome and very useful. The zincs have also been replaced very regularly, so was said. I guess the guy who built it, built it then retired and him and his wife sailed around the sound for about a year before his wife got real bad and couldnt really go on the boat anymore, so since then its been sitting, which wasnt too long ago. I would for sure do a survey though before buying it and I would do a rigging survey too. I dont know enough about these boats to make the call myself. lol
