Ok, my dad got in a wreck this morning. His 95 Accord was hit in the back by a guy going 45 while he was stopped. Chances are the car is totalled and there are a lot of parts. Can I get the car towed to my house or do you have to give/sell to a salvage yard if you get insurance or something? I heard something along those lines but i'm still fuzzy. Any clarification would be great because there are a lot of good parts left and i know i could easily make a decent chunk parting it off and for the parts that i want as well.

Yeah, he's extremely sore but fortunately no whiplash or anything. Interestingly his airbags didnt go off. I went up tot he towing yard this morning to pull the stereo and grab some personal items off of it. The stereo was already out. After my dad got hit the stereo was sitting in his lap.
