That's a new york thing, the rest of the world can only get pizza delivered. plus i like to cook cause I like spicy food.

Haha. We can't even get pizza delivered. They arbitrarily drew a line that leaves us out of their delivery area by about 200 yards. There's a bunch of big developments coming out here, though. It won't be long.

We have a skillet that was my wife's grandmother's. Every couple years when we have a bonfire, we toss it in there to clean it off. We season by just heating/oiling/heating/oiling, etc., for a few hours on the stove.



I'm guessing a wok is similar? What are they made of?
