Your wife shouldn't be inviting people to stay over without consulting you. You're married, and should act as a team. She holds the book, meaning she is the boss, you are the tony danza to her judith light. I don't think that anything would happen when you're not home, but I would still be uncomfortable with another dude who had fucked my wife sleeping under the same roof as me. If she was up to some shenanigans she would rendevous with him someplace else. You need to go tell her you are the man of the house, and that they aren't staying over. Tell them twins to go to minnesota.

And yes I could see if I fucked this dude long ago, which I did not, that would be a different story.
