I have a niece named Shae (pronounced shay) so all of her Christmas and birthday presents say To : Shae 
If you can't get up the courage to ask her out, try getting a group of people from the office to go out together. A word of advice on that, though...don't bring other single guys unless you're sure you're a better catch.
