Oh , I guess I should have had a disclaimer in there somewhere.. Just wait it out.. If she is down for it it will happen, sometimes likesomeone else mentioned she just has to feel secure.. Give her that and little by little she will hook you up... But what do I know I am 21..

Yeah you have to ease them into a comfortable zone.. you know they get self concious if they give it up to fast so they have to know you for a while, then once you have had it for a bit, you might try getting the 3some..

trust me, it will do you wonders if you just ask her out... and BE CONFIDENT!
If you go up to her and studder on your words and be like "so, um, do you.. i mean, would you umm like to like go somewhere with me or something? umm.. if you dont want to uhh thats ok too." cause if you do you are destine for failure, and you already have enough of that problem

can you make eye contact from where she is? if so, do that often, but not in a "I'm gonna track you down and kill you" kind of way
if she walks by you, or you walk by her, just make eye contact, smile genuinely, and say hi, good morning, whatever, in a mellow tone
if you want to subtly engage in conversation, you can turn a greeting into a conversation starter, like "lovely day we're having, isn't it?" or, "have any good ***** lately?"
ok, that last one might not be as good, but the rest are
