Yeah thats the only thing that ***** up getting with girls at work.. The whole sexual harassment thing sux.. I mean because it puts guys in a bad position, but I guess asking her out on a date shouldn't be dangerous or considered harassing..

find out when/where she takes breaks or lunch, then coincidentally end up in the same place, then start a conversation like "you know, we all work at the same place, but I don't know exactly what you guys do over there..." and start it like that. I do that all the time, just because I'm curious as to what others do. But you can use it to start a friendship...which leads to pretty much anything you want it to lead to
