I would like to add the Lord of the Rings Trilogy as a whole. (yes I know th ethird one isnt out yet).



Few movies have gotten me so involved emotioanly involved as this epic has.



And many of the others already mentioned!

Definitely Casino or Goodfellas are go to's



Mallrats is a classic



Jaws ,Close Incounters or any other Speilberg flick from the 70's



But one of my all time favorites was Rushmore. Highly underated movie.

Brazil.

Most any Stanley Kubrick film except for Barry Lyndon and I've yet to see Eyes Wide Shut.

Kurosawa films. I love the old school tough guy samurai stories. Great source of storylines for the Old West movies to rip off.

Too many comedies to remember. For some reason comedies never get the respect they deserve. To kill a phrase - drama is easy, comedy is hard.
