That graph is of Jimlab's punched LT1, but a supercharged LS1 would be very comparable. LS1s power modern Corvettes and F bodies and are highly upgradable. I'm sticking with my NA rotary for my FC . . for now . . . but if I had more time and money, there would be an LS1 / T56 in the garage instead of the 13B.
Gotcha, I understand now.

tune and mod it more conservative

If you are blowing a motor due to a bad tank of gas you have no safety margin. You are too close to the ragged edge.

Sell the FD, buy a mint condition FB, put a turbo on it. Go to www.ground-control.com call the owner, and see what suspension setup he recomends. Put on whatever other upgrades you want. Now you have a car that is faster and handles better than the FD, weighs less, has cost you MUCH less, and will be more reliable.

My suggestion, hang on to it. Rebuild it. Set it up a bit more mildly and just enjoy driving it around on less boost for a year and give your self a break from trying to squeeze all the HP you can out of it.

You have a really nice car and you should definitely hold on to it.

Like I said fix it, then take it easy on the car for a few months and give it some rest.

wow!! what your going through is crazy man... right now i'm worried about my engine blowing do to low compression.. it'll be the first time being rebuilt but scary cause it's going to cost $3k once it does blow.. I love my FD but there are times when i feel like trading it in for a 350Z, S2000, or maybe even the Rx8. But for now,, i've had it so long and my 2 second gens are still running that i would hate to see it go away.. i don't have as much done to my car like you do to yours, so i'm sure it'll hurt you even more to see it go. If i were you i would give it another shot... cause our cars are very unique, and even though it's like 10 years old people still ask if it's a 2001 brand new car.. It still looks new man!!!!!!!

GOOD LUCK ON YOUR DECISION...

You've lived without the car running right this long, you'll survive a bit more. Steel yourself...

You need to go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Redo the wiring, make sure it's better then what was there don't skimp on anything (not saying you did before all this) no shortcuts! Then get the engine built by a reputable builder, get it street ported then run a large turbo with lower boost then what the engine can take. Don't run it at the top of 5th gear all the time and it should run forever. Keep telling yourself "It's fast enough, I don't need to go to the limit of the engine"

Ed' ex-car was running stock boost with a bigger turbo. It was fast enough

Well I would say you have way to much time/money into the car to sell it. Fix the car, and turn the boost down, you're really pushing the limits running pump gas...
