I don't understand how this picture can be 12,810 bytes. It's freaking crazy. Sony dicked me over when they gave me my new computer and so I have adobe 2.0 so I reduced the resolution and it is still way to large of a file, and you literally cannot tell what the hell the picture is. Someone please give me a better way of doing this.

umm i dunno but im guessing the compression is very low for that to be a 12k image. you only need that to be like 256 colors, if that, and you probably have it set at 64k or something.
