I have seen under the hood of a V10 Dodge Ram, and it did have two sets of coil packs; one for a 4 cylinder, and the other for a 6. I guess I can see how that could be misconstrued by the less mentally inclined to believe the V10 somehow magically has the cranks of an I4 and a V6, both working together resulting in a balanced rotating assembly with only five pistons in each bank... er sort of. I must admit I'm not very accomplished when it comes to anything with more cylinders than 8, but I find it difficult to imagine a functioning engine with some inline cylinders and some in a 60° configuration. Oh well, there are a lot of ricers out there that believe a family sedan can be made into a uh sports car, or something, with enough stickers, neon, naws etc. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised at this point.

well its just a coil, why make 2 special ones when you can just grab 2 off the shelf
