I'll be shaving my mohawk and taking out my lip ring it would appear, slacks, tie and nice shirt...
Correction (anything but diversion)
youd be surprised how much that would help in everyday life. the cop who pulled you over would have probably been a lot more open to giving you a warning or at least reducing the alleged speed if you didnt look like a "punk kid"

Wah, I'm being a fuckface because I'm telling it like it is? I can see the cop now, some kid in a mohawk doing 34 above the speed limit. You made his day. I sure as hell hope your were a YESSAH Mr. Officer type of guy, because any reduction in the offense has to have his concurrence.

You have to go see a judge for a speeding ticket? What a waste of time. Just pay the fine and get on with life, you'll be fine (excuse my ignorance but I don't know how it works there). When you get the 7 it'll be a common occurance.

Actually the guy was NICE to me and i was RESPECTFUL and i didn't kiss his ***, I simply asked a few questions about the ticket openly and honestly, it was a simple "You were giong too far above the limit, you weren't being reckless sir but that's just too fast." I replied with a simple "Okay, how much is the ticket, when do i go to court? what can i do?" he actually gave me information that if the judge lets me do diversion, to do it. There was nothing more involved, it took maybe 2 minutes. There was no "YESSAH YESSAH!" about it, just "you did this, this is how it is." and i said "Ok, so be it." and all i want is a few tips on what to do about presenting myself and hoping it doesn't go on my record, as simple as the traffic stop was, and I'm asking just as simple a question. There is nothing more to it.
That's all banzai, thats all.

Not to be a "fuckface", but as the old saying goes...If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

The cop wasnt bieng cool with you by telling you you have the right to appeal. Its policy in most states to explain the process of appeal.

I never said he was "cool" he was nice, he wasn't rude, no lip, and didn't tread me like **** like some cops have. That's what i mean.

So now you are going to cut your hair, to present a different appearance to the Judge? What about your freedoom of expression and individuality?
I gave you sound advice, walk into court and throw yourself at the mercy of the court. There are no "tricks" that YOU CAN AFFORD, tricks involve lawyers which involve money. Since you have no money you should have thought about that BEFORE your young-*** was speeding. I gave you the same response we gave the junior enlisted in the military. THINK ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR STUPIDITY BEFORE YOU ACT STUPID.
My Father told me the same thing when I called him up to bail my dumb-*** out of Jail. Sucks being there until the judge off his ***, cause you/me were too stupid to have enough cash to cover the bail for the stupid acts committed.
Higher Insurance will teach you a lesson. Driving is not a right, its a privledge. TREAT IT LIKE THAT
