What i'm asking is a tip on HOW to fight it in court. I can't avoid court.

can't do either, i have simply enough to pay the ticket and hope for diversion, i'm looking for info on how to beat the ticket intelligently without a laywer, without cheating.

 

Isn't there any real individuals, like say...friends or family members that either A. Know the law or B. ARE the law...that could help answer your questions? Instead of asking some random online tards..



I honestly don't know because in 6 years of driving I've never once gotten a ticket, pulled over 10 times, but never a ticket...
