i'm down to about 160ish from about 180; stop eating so damn much! and get some excerscise!

this is a good plan, you dotn realize how much extra you eat until you cut back and your stomach shrinks, i was getting up to 160, bleh so ive started working out and dieting and eating properly and im back to 145ish.

i still ned to knock off a few more pounds though haha, ill just have to keep at it.

This may be off the subject of losing weight, but my friend is bearly 100lbs. she is now dating a very skinny gentleman. She says that she now understands why men like the woman to have a little meat on their bones sinces her hips and his hips like to bump each other and cause some pain if you know what i mean. "It really hurts when his bones are grinding mine!"

I'm 6'1" and 195lbs. I was about 160 or so for a long time untill I started lifting weights heavily. My goal is to get OVER 200lbs by graduation (may 20th) Keep in mind, this is muscle building, not fat. I've never looked better in my life, and i feel tons healthier. I love it.

Well, I'm kinda happy, kinda sad.. I got a scale, I weigh 223.2 (I was 232.5 at Scott's house) but I bought one of those fancy schmancy body fat measuring scales and it read 24%. So according to the manual, that classifies me as 'overfat'. Funny, I was ok with being 'overweight', but 'overfat' sounds worse!

Meh. I guess it's time to readjust my goal and be down to 215, or 21% by the end of the month.
