I've been lifting, running, and eating better so I should drop 50 pounds in about 3 months, then I can put some back on by lifting more heavies. I'm 6'4, and I look fairly decent at 230-240, but I liked the way I looked at 217 a whole lot better.
Moving to Denver would be pretty sweet, though.
