dude start doing something at least i have had to take the same english calss twice now and my senior year is next year i have to take three history classes first semester. So pretty much my senior year when all of my friends have light easy schedules like you are supposed to have i will havea fullschedule of history math, english, and science. So unless you want to be like me and wait untill the end of your junior year to realize that it pays off to try Then do something about it.

 

Simple man change some of your classes. x-fer out of the honors classes that are killing your gpa and take the regular ones. I fucked off a lot in school and didn't take it very serious..well actually I was really board. HS is one of those pain in the *** things that everyone has to do. I will say if you fail at something as easy a HS and quit now you will always be a quitter. **** My gpa was 1.2 my freshman year and not much better my soph. junior I jumped to a few schools. junior summer I pulled my head out of my *** and finished with a 3.1. I had to do a lot of summer school.

 

You're not giving up in school, you're just bummed because you don't have your car, right? And you don't want to wait 4 months or whatever for the next report card to get it back, right?



Well, tell your dad it means a lot to you, and prove it by showing him. Tell him you want it sooner, and lay out an agreement. Get progress reports from all your teachers every 2 weeks or whatever, and have your dad go by those to see whether or not to get your car back. It's easier to do better when your prize is coming sooner. There's no rule that says parents are ALWAYS unreasonable, just don't bitch and wine, act mature and with responsibility, and your father might respect you more as a budding adult rather than a whiny teen. (I'm not saying you're a whiney teen, but most teens just bitch and moan a lot, and parents know this)

 

so shut the **** up and go get it. if you give up,

I didnt try in HS, and that has haunted me for the past 10 years. I'm not doing poorly at all, but my lack of trying in HS has reflected everything I have tried to do since.



I'm currently in Law School, but guess what...its a tier 3 school. You know what that means? That means I will not get a job at a big Manhattan type law firm, and I will not be making 200,000k my first year.



Whant more immediate motivation to your situation? Fine...you will not get into a good college if you keep up with your attitude. No college, no job. No job, no car, no hot girlfriend, no house. No house, you live at home with parents (see no g/f comment). Once again - no job = welfare check = you sitting on the porch in a dirty wifebeater, drinking a beer and scraching you ***. Furthermore, being a useless bum will = criminal potential. And if you are a broke ****, even I would not want to take you as a client becasue you could'nt pay for your defense = your in jail!!!



Now, get to work. Not having a car for 5 months is the least of your prolems.

 

Listening to your complaint is just sickening. There are tons of people who don't even have a car and are in highschool, yet still get good grades. Just because you're a spoiled little kid now doesn't mean you'll always have things that way. If you mess up now by being a blatant retard and blowing your grades (which will always be with you) just to **** off your parents (which won't matter in 90 days), then that's your priority... but don't think that people will want to hire you for it. I mean, sure, a 2.3 GPA looks good - at McDonalds. Everyone else, however, will either think you're unqualified or unmanageable. No one wants to hire an employee who will slack off on work just to **** of his boss/coworker. Sure, you could say that you'd never do that, but people aren't going to want to take that risk. So yeah, do your thing - you'll get what you deserve one way or another.

 

man a 2.0 is what i got in school. u could try a lot harder than that. get your **** together, work hard or just puss out and move to arizona

 

well i cant just go and get it. me having a 2.0 has no affect on me getting my car back. the only possible way to get the car back is to wait until september, when the punishment is over.





well i got good grades when i had the car. and id hardly consider myself spoiled. lets count the things i dont need to pay for...

housing

food

buying a car (i dont want it this way but i dont really have a say in the matter)

and....oh wait, thats it, everything else i want/need i have to buy with my own damned money.
