i ordered a bunch of stuff from crutchfield once, and they call me back wanting to verify that I was who i said I was, but they dont have any info except what i had given them in the first place.
so needless to say, they lost a $400 sale, and i yelled at them.
but thats still better than best buy! or circuit city
