So where to go for this years anniversary

wow, I had a lot of typos in that last post.
Also, there are lots of ruins pretty close to the islands. You will also want to venture over to the other islands. Bird caye (if you can get out to it) is really really cool too. Ambergris caye is a little more popular and has some big resorts on it. They have some bigger stores and stuff too. There is also an island I forgot the name, but some really rich guy bough it and turned it into a gold course. The whole island is a golf course with a mansion on it that people can stay at. Green fee is like 200 to play 9 holes or something outrageous. You drive by it when going to ambergris. If I wasnt so cheap I would have gone and played a few holes just because it was so cool.

I know the place, its pretty sweet. The luxury they speak of is... well its 3rd world luxury. lol.. still really nice no doubt. I think you'll have an awesome time there! That picture of me and that dude sitting on the beach with the palm tree was taken right next to that place. That is the first building you see when you come up to the island because its so brightly colored and right up front.
The price seems a bit hefty for belize, considering I paid 7us dollars a night where I was and it was about half a block away, but I also hardly had a bed in my "room". haha...
