When should Red Bull® Energy Drink be consumed?

Whenever you need to boost your energy or concentration!

To feel its effects at best, you should drink it in times of increased mental and physical strain, for example, on long sleep-inducing motorways., during intensive working days, prior to demanding athletic activities or before tests and exams.

It is recommended to drink one can of Red Bull® Energy Drink about 30 min before the start of a concentration task or the start of a race or game in sports. This is about the time for the ingredients of Red Bull® Energy Drink to become effective in the body

If it's anything inside florida I just get in and drive, stopping for gas. If it's outside florida I usually take a break every 5 hours. I just got XM installed so at least music selection should be better than lugging around the 50 CD's I hear all the time.

Also if it's on a weekend I'll use the time to catch up with calling people using my hands free.

Of course, I havent done anything farther than 100 miles in the 8 so far, but if something happens in SC and ya'll aint gonna give me too much **** for havving a stock 8, I'll head on up!

I ended up stopping to sleep twice on my drive this weekend. I knew I wouldn't make it on only 45 minutes of sleep. It ended up being over 1200 miles.

Yeah, a couple 3 hours naps and I was good to go. Between Friday morning and 5AM today I slept 10 hours...hot damn.

Hmm, I took a bet once from a friend of mine. I was supposed to go to St Louis and back TWICE in less then 12 hours and he'd give me the 500 bucks I needed for the Tempo. The trip is about 300 miles from Chicago to STL so you figure 4 times that much. 1200 miles in 12 hours, I made it barely because I chose to do it starting at 9Pm on a Friday night with plenty of Red Bull and loud music. I got a good nights rest before the trip and kept the car cold at all times. Heat is your worst enemy, it gets you sleepy and comfortable, so as long as you keep chilled and Red Bulled, you'll be fine.
