Texas Motorsports Ranch is a "country club" race track. Take your average country club, remive golf course, add race track. At elast that's what they were going for anyway. It's located not far from Ft Worth.

Gazellis, let me know the next time one of these events come up, I'll be there fosho!

I posted it a week prior to the event in the regional section on nopistons.com.

I posted it in the South section. Figured that was the most appropriate place. I guess not. Sorry guys.

Cresson Texas is about 14 miles south of Fort Worth on HWY 377. You have to be a member to race here and memberships are steep. We got to do this because 3 members (they don't drive RX-7's) arranged it for us. It cost us $95.00 a person.

There was a class first, then a lead and follow, then another class, then a faster lead and follow and then open running with or without an instructor.

Next time it happens I will get the info to you guys personally. I thought posting it in the regional section was the best, once again sorry.

I never look in the regional section. Nobody ever really posts there. I'll be sure to check on it now.

BTW - Texas RX-7's is doing a hill country run this Saturday, Nov 8th. Let me know if you guys are interested. I've never done a run with these guys, but I frequently ran the hill country with the S2000 crew. Great roads!
