I agree with him.

I can see marks on the bracket, the same width apart as the bolts for the license plates. The marks definetly look like they were made by bolts and washers.

Hmm, wonder if it will work for the front? They're required in TX, and I don't have the plate or the bracket. Good thing I need a new set of plates(too old),,,,BB
