ok see if you can get it to boot. turn it off. unplug it and take out the battery. if it doesn't work still take it back and get a new one. make the store test it IN STORE to make sure the next one works. generally when you get one of those new out of the box with a problem usually has more problems!

I dont want to reinstall it all, that **** takes to long . I think im going to run it up to bestbuy and make them fix the ****. Im supposed to be giving it away as a gift and i was just trying to set it up really quick boy was i wrong.

See problem is they dont have them in stock and i had to order it.

Oh... how about.. format the HDD, and install Linux!

if so compusa has em. check your local store. if you get it at compusa they will run the machine in store to make sure it works before you leave

go into your c drive in DOS, and type in del *.*

That should eliminate all your problems.. Mwuhahahahhaha
