ok see if you can get it to boot. turn it off. unplug it and take out the battery. if it doesn't work still take it back and get a new one. make the store test it IN STORE to make sure the next one works. generally when you get one of those new out of the box with a problem usually has more problems!

I dont want to reinstall it all, that **** takes to long 
. I think im going to run it up to bestbuy and make them fix the ****. Im supposed to be giving it away as a gift and i was just trying to set it up really quick boy was i wrong.

if so compusa has em. check your local store. if you get it at compusa they will run the machine in store to make sure it works before you leave
