If you really need a host, I can give you space on my server. It comes with cpanelx and fantastico, so phpnuke and all that fun stuff is pre installed. Just give me an IM or email.

I can host it myself now that i got it working, just trying to figure out how to use my ip as a nameserver for my .com

 

You need XAMPP. I installed it on my home box...it includes phpmyadmin and mySQL...you just add PHPNuke and it's all business.
