I agree. If you don't want to read it, no one's holding a gun to your head.

no the movie is based on the last part of Christ's life from the betrayal to his crucifixation and death

and of course people are going to EXPRESS THEIR OPINIONS.....but mike is going a little far by trying to reform people and push his beliefs like a missionary

theres a diff between saying "oh i liked it because it really showed some of my religious ideals etc etc"... and copying every ******* fact about studies trying to get the "non-belivers" to conform to religion

right.. i haven't seen the movie yet, but i was told there are a bunch of flashbacks relating to different parts of his life.. therefore the movie is about the life of Christ...

or as your saying... a "part of Christ's life"... because its basically about the crucifixion.

same deal imo

Alright, I've had fun with this. However it ends, just like every other debate I've ever had with a Christian: them not changing their mind, me not changing mine. We both obviously feel very strongly about what we beleive. i stayed away from talking about my personal views about God and tried to stick with crticizing Christianity.

This is the last thing I'm going to say in this thread, and again like everything else written in this thread it is an OPINION. I beleive that their is at least 1 supreme being of some kind, does he look like us, **** no; does he act like us, not a chance; does he even care about us, probably a little, but probably not that much. If God created the whole universe, I sincerely doubt that he made it all for just little ol us.

Think about it logically for a second, and with the same skepticism you approached evolution. If God can create an entire universe with unbeleivable detail, why would he choose to tell only a very small select group of human beings the proper way to worship him and leave all his other children in the dark?
