well he actually never owned it..it was a franchise( spelled right?) from another place down south called shu bros. he tried to break away and a some peopl didn't like that..but he should be running a new shop now...last time i talked to him everything was good..was going to visit him last year but didnt get passport in time and sept 11 too. david form fc3s said you moved to phoenix az
