that is what I would normally do, but they've decided to be childish and not provide me with a name or which house it is, they simply say theyre a "neighbor" i technically have 8 neighbors, and can narrow it down to 6 since 2 of the houses i know have no computer.

i know i sound jaded about the police, but ive been in a couple situations where the officer said they can write a ticket for whatever they wanted. officer was having a bad night...

LOL get a Harley actually. My neighbor would start up his at 6am to warm on the weekends. Harleys are except from what I could see and see how they like it.
