My parents sold their 2nd house and went shopping.

My dad went out and bought a new boat.



This was about $30k (aus)

 

It's nice to have money, and good to see it put to good uses like that. It'd rock to have a boat.

My job is to work out the GPS and then teach my dad how to use it.

 

well if he can't use if say you came down with something, send all of them out but before they leave, get the 1'' hole saw out

you australians have some odd boats, thats like part deck boat part and part runabout.



interesting bottom as well, is that considered a fresh water boat or will you be trailering it?

BTW- you may want to see if you can turn that clamshell covering the wires for the GPS the other way- point of them is to keep water out, the way that one is the water will go right in- not sure if you installed it or it was dealer installed, but I would do something about it.
