I love kid, that was the best part, she isn't that much older then me, but to be honest I'd rather be a kid, then a grumpy 'ol bitch. That's not an insult at all.



lets you know what she thought about me though, the minute I walked in there she thought "Oh I can really screw this "kid" he's got no clue and even if he does he's 3400 miles away and can't do **** about it."

 

There are so many people employed in customer service that should be prison wardens that it's not funny. Most of these people are so arrogant and self-serving, that to call the job they do "customer service" is a joke. It seems like as soon as you ask them a question, they get all defensive like you're attacking them personally. I think the real issue is that they don't know ****, and rather than admit it, they just get nasty.
