LOL kid, I’ve probably purchased more houses then you. It obviously pisses you off or you wouldn’t have taken the time to reply. Even the realtor YOU recommended suggested I go somewhere else. Also if you are going to try and insult someone you should learn how to spell a little better, maybe figure out how to form complete sentences. It’s spelled pompous, the definition is “Characterized by excessive self-esteem or exaggerated dignity” now who better fits that description? You did not try to accommodate me, you said no FHA, we gotta go conventional, then you changed gears and the fact of the matter is the buyer would not accept, so it was pointless, even a “kid” figured that out. You sure have managed to twist things around to suit your psyche haven’t you. In case the words get to big for you let me know, I know you have some comprehension issues, maybe I’ll type you a cliffnote at the end to bring you up to speed.



LMC has been quite pleasant to deal with, but thanks for your concern, my manner’s were not “ill” until you started giving me crap when I asked you questions. LOL as far as staying out of Florida your incompetence did it’s best to make sure I would. I honestly don’t care about your little insults or you inability to earn my money, I hope your little digs made you feel better, they obviously proved you are unprofessional and not worthy of my time or business.



As far as disrespecting you, I never resorted to name calling… unlike you, I merely pointed out my concerns of which you took offense because they were legitimate. From reading our emails I would think even the simplest of minds could determine who needs to do the “growing up”. I had nothing against you personally, it’s sad that you would take this to that level, calling names, etc…. I am 3400 miles away and was concerned when things were not being handled as I had expected, again I know you can’t see it from my point of view, but I think most people with any compassion and understanding could see why I was concerned.



Anyhow it worked out for the best, you don’t have to deal with me, I got my loan at the rate I want and I feel pretty justified in my concerns as they all panned out to be correct.



Erase my email unless you feel the need to send me more of your witty insults, they certainly are something to chuckle at.
