Yea the deal is, I pay the 7% APR or I loose the $3K. I turned down a ******* bank loan at 6.25% from Bank Of America because she promised me 5.5%, again I think that she is looking at it all wrong, I am paying her, she needs to work for and earn my patronage. That seems to be totally beyond her comprehension. I think I am going to forward all the emails to the chamber of commerce, they list them on their gay ass website.

2% of whatever you are paying a month over the period of who knows how long you are paying the mortgage for saves you thousands of dollars a year! You are trying to not waste your money by shopping around the smart way and all you need is morons trying to **** you out of a lower rate from another bank and trying to get you signing up for a higher rate at their bank so THEY can make more money off you.

It may be of some use to future victims... I mean customers if you would set up some sort of outline of what you would to see in a potential victim... i mean customer.
