Woot woot. Everything is a-okay! The previous owner(s) must have jerry rigged the oil cooler lines with steel braided lines that cannot withstand the pressure of 110psi of oil. Cause that is what it always read. Guess why?

Thanks for the help Jeff20b, and of course Dave. I owe you a case of beer Dave.

Cause that is what you have always read? Where the **** do you come up with this bullshit you always post. How about that is what I told you about a pressurized oil system today when I found the blown off shitty hose for you. Credit where its due homie. Glad you didnt fry your engine. Now order the replacement like I told you and you'll be fine. I'll try to be around tomorrow to help you out with your struts.

Wait till i get my FC.

I will see you tomorrow, I am leaving work early. The package should show up around noon I am hoping. Let me get the tracking # and find out. Thanks for the help.

By the way, FD lines are quite different from FC ones. I just looked at some yesterday.

How different are they? The diamater of the hoses? Or how much pressure they can take?

I know the FC has the inlet and outlet hoses. The FD has the same right? I am ordering new ones from Malloy Mazda in VA this coming week anyways. Dave says I should not drive on those hoses for any longer than I should. They are some steel braided hoses. Friggin tough to get in the plug, and it has barbs on the ends. I cut my fingers up pretty good. The stock FC hoses are rubber, correct?

Thing was a pain. Took about two hours to do. First time doing it which is not too bad. Actually it is my first time getting under the car and fixing something. Such tight areas. I wish I had smaller hands.

After seeing the hose on your car Justin I saw the diff between them and the FD. First off your oil cooler mounts in the center where as the fd oil coolers mount on the sides in the front. So the lengths are not the same Also the fittings are different on the ends.
