So I'm getting this MRI thing done (follow up for migraines), and they ask if I have any metal in my body (you know, that whole giant magnet thing), and if I've ever had anything removed from my eyes. Talking this over with a coworker later, he also pointed out that welders can't get MRIs (don't know if it's true) because they may have small metal flecks in their body or eyes. So who was the first to figure that one out? Gotta hate being that guy getting a brain scan, just to have miniscule metal shavings shoot out of his eyes.

I figured it sounded far-fetched, but that would still suck. I visited a high magnetic field laboratory several times, they said they powered up one of the magnets and some woman got sucked to it by a ring on her hand. It heated up before they could shut it down, and she got burnt, but that's it.

Yes, that could happen. My butt hurts. Not the hole, the cheek.
