this week, actually this has been ongoing.
we've been ordering a drip rail moulding for an old mpv, its a moulding about 5-6 feet long.
mazda bent the 1st one in half, and sent it to us
and the second
and the third
and the fourth....

Doubtless it is easier to ship that way.
