Must just be you left coasters. Our local dealership was running smooth as silk yesterday. Had my oil changed in record time. Dropped it off at 8:30 and they called me at 11:30. I was 40 miles away in the free loaner.

Yah, well the fact that it's free doesn't hurt. Let's see, I now change the oil on my wife's Audi A6 (7 qts of Mobil 1), the Chevy C30 dooley, the Turbo II, and the John Deere lawn tractor. Now will you forgive me?

Well, it's hard to beat free. They gave me like 12 free oil changes when I bought the MPV. And I don't mind getting rid of the old oil. The county landfill takes it free of charge, along with coolant, old batteries, and tires.

by law any facility that changes oil has to accept up to a gallon of oil a day per person at no charge
