Lan Line, Help Adding Printers Help

Ok just like the subject.
Im having a little problem, we have 3 computers on a lan line and 2 printers we want all 3 computers to printer on any of the 2 printer, basically have your choice.
ALSO we want a drive, that can have all kinds of info on one computer and only that, but the other 2 computers can see it and moddify it, basically by the admin guy.
Can anyone help?
Im a computer moron, I may have done my own webpage, but when its all JP and new stuff, im an idiot hehe
