From what I've read, it should go on sale for 03, Mitsubishi is shooting for a price tag under $30k, and I have not heard if the hp will be the same as the EVOs overseas.

Raced an EVO VII....that thing blew my doors off!!!...in the rain

 

bad news on the release date for the evo 7 it was saposed to be jan. but not long ago it was changed again...our dealer was taking deposits for them then stopped because the release date was pushed back...they think sometime closer to spring...thats just what i herd from our dealer

 

i also heard that when the evo comes here we are going to get the wrx sti soon after... about equal in hp to the evo... not a watered down one like the wrx i currently
