These jerks are holding up my whole mortgage because of a $2.70 insurance they put on my account in January, I've been arguing with them for months and they keep telling me it's been taken care of. Next thing I know they have dinged my credit because it's been past due for 4 months. I called them again , they said we're sorry we made a mistake, but there is nothing they can do because it happened more than 90 days ago!!!



Great company. I think I'll be launching a new "JCpenneysucks.com" within the next few days!!! I can't believe they are that insensitive.

I contacted them and the BBB. Lawyer just called and said things have been taked care of, but it looks like we may have lost a deal do to JCP's actions... or rather lack there of.



Seems pretty jacked to be at the mercy of these people when it comes to your credit.

 

Yeah, I've had more than a few pissing contests with them. I hardly ever deal with them anymore.

 

I think they own Target too, but don'r quote me on that one. The reason I say that is when I ended up getting a hold of one of their credit card divisions it said something about Target or JC Penney card holders. So I dunno, Targer kinda funky too. The crap part is I haven't been too or seen a JC Penney card in years, I didn't even know I still had one and I think they knew that when started charging crap to my card.
