Hello everyone, Jeff from Ilp here, I'm the guy you'll most likley talk to if you have a product or sales question.

I'll try and answer your requests in the order you sent them, however I have been busy redesigning the website I rarely have time to check the bulletin boartds, feel free to email me directly with any questions I might miss or not explain throughly. jeff@ilpperformance.com

Ok let me see.

1. Shifters.

Anyone who has seen an ILP shortshifter will tell you it is a very nice peice, percision CNC machined and TIG <GTAW> welded then polished and cleaned to a near mirror finish.

anything we build will be of this quality, I like to say

"we build no comprimise racing products because, we need to use them too, and we refuse to buy, sell, produce, or distribute anything that is Crap." :-)

we currently sell the subaru short shifter with delrin bushings for $100 shipped, I can expect the RX7 model to be similar.

and IMHO. $250-$300 for a shortshifter is rediculous.

I will need commitment of say 10 members to do the first batch. of FC's @ $100 each. considering I'll use "RXheaven13b's" car for development.

2. air boxes, well, I do not see any performance gain in a mere air box, converting to a large cone type filter with a proper intake sure, in that case a heat sheild should be sufficent. now to build a proper intake from aluminimum tubing ,a cone filter, MAF sensor adapter, you are looking at between $200-$300 once again a sufficent commitment will be required to pay for the development time.

3. Cat replacement pipe, If I was going to build that for you I would reccomend mandrel bent 625 Inconel, it's resistance to heat is sufficent for the demands of a rotary based engine. 321 stainless would be slightly cheaper but It might not last as long. I would have to work up a price but considering it'll need 2 flanges and some expensive tubing you can expect

to pay over $200 these could be made to order though for the Fc's

4. intakes, see above, this can be done. we have the 87 at our disposal so anything using this intake can be taken care of.

5. diff mounts, this is not a problem, as an old FC owner myself I know how crappy the stock ones are, keep in mind a solid unit WILL without a doubt transmit siginificant vibration and noise to the passanger compartment, if this is ok I'll need a stock one to guesstamate on a price.

6. porting, sorry we are not equipped nor do we have the shop space for this opperation, I wish we were, sorry.

7. throttle body to intake piping, see 2, 4.

8. Strut bars, No problem if we can get a comitment and deposit from ~10 owners I can produce these. price will most likley be ~$150+

9. manafolds, to do these properly they will require casting or significant fabrication using inconel, the only way I could even offer these would be a one off time and materials basis. and @$60 an hour plus expensive inconel this would be to say the least a whee bit expensive.

feel free to keep this thread alive, however I am very busy and do not get a chance to surf the boards often so the best place to get my attention is jeff@ilpperformance.com

Thanks

Jeff Lloyd
