From what I understand, "billet" is a term used to describe a solid chunk of metal. Most products you see labeled as "billet" are machined from such a solid chunk. They are stronger because they have no weld, but they are more expensive because that's a lot of machining work to do.
I'm open to correction here.

Billet is machined aluminium. The various T ratings give the hardness, ie T-6, T-12 etc. I dont remember much about it otherwise.
I had a VW bug that we put a billet dash in, looked pretty cool if you like that look
Hrmm. I wonder what a Cal looked RX-7 would look like..

Yes, billet is a part made out of a solid block of aluminum. As for the throtel body we would need a stock part to make one from, an than some testing to see what it dose. The first one won't work right, they never do. Some tessting will have to be done. This is great, now we are getting some good ideas!! Keep it coming.....

ok, what about intakes. ive looked but havent found one. if anyone knows where i could get one it would be appreciated.
intake, one piece aluminum for a side draft dellorto and/or webber carb for a 13B 6 and/or 4 port motor.
the ones ive seen use a lower intake with an adapter intake.

Some of my ideas. All for FC's.
Higher flow intakes for NA and turbo would be great.
I'll even donate my 89-91 NA intake for you to use if your interested. Of course I'd be expecting a version of the final product, free in return
Do some street porting on old housings, sell'em under $200 w/core trade
ALSO, an adapter for the turbine side of the turbo, to make NA exhausts adaptable to turbo motors would be good too. Save those of us some money when doing turbo conversions.
A solid one piece differential mount. Those things always break.
Custom FMIC throttle body intake to piping was a great idea too.
Strut bars!!!!
A tangential non-divided turbo manifold for a t04e. They ones I see are too expensive.
A manifold for a non-sequential twin turbo setup for FC's.
That's all I can think of right now.
Mike

We are just starting out the buisnes, so we have to start out small then grow. We have the tools and machines to do alot of stuff. For now the problem is time. We have a couple of original products that work great. We are currently working on a set of struts for a 2.5 rs. We think we got it, but no track testing has been done yet. There probably will be some improvements that we can make before we could start selling them. The same goes for what we ask of you, when we finish making this shifter it could be about 6 months from this date that we would be offering it to you guys. The reason for this post is to get ideas, what could we build that would be a easy task for right now that would improve the cars handling and acceleration? After we finish the struts for the subie we will start on a set for my car. Again, same thing with the shifter. After they are done we would be able to start selling them to you. Here is an idea from me. We have a pipe bender, what i was thinking was making a exaust section that would replace the cats and everything else under the car that is un needed for racing. In other words from the exaust manifold to the y pipe. Just one piece of pipe about 2.5 in diameter. My only question is what do we make it out of?? What type of metal?? What ever I get from auto zone will last me about 300 miles before it melts.
