Let it idle for a bit before grilling hard, get it up to temp.

What boost you running? Is it better to run a single or twins on a bbq??

propane is haggard. my food always tastes like gas when done. coals are much better.

Yeah. I can never get it lean. I think I need to mount up a A/F gauge and be sure to watch it all the time so I don't detonate.
