Go and get three estimates on getting the car repaired and take them in with you. I don't think they can force you to use used parts in repairing your car.

I agree used parts, thats bullshit. I love how we have to pay out our *** for insurance then they just **** us over... And its required by law... **** them, should pull a fight club and blow up their headquarters..

Vosko, all you have to do is have them start working on the car, and have the bodyshop do an adjustment for whatever else you need. This is done all the time, it's an adjustment to the original estimate, ask the bodyshop about it, they'll explain it better than me.
